We’re a locally-owned and locally-operated company based in Manchester, NH. All of Couptopia’s staff (including its founders) live in the Granite State (and have essentially all of their lives).

How and when will I receive my voucher?

Unless otherwise stated, you will need to use the voucher in one visit (you will not receive cash back or store credit for unused amounts).
Do the vouchers expire?
Not really. While the promotional value of the voucher does expire (expiration date is always posted on the site and on your voucher), the voucher will always
be worth the price you paid toward the goods or services identified on the voucher.
What happens if my voucher expires?
Don’t worry! If you don't use your voucher before it expires, you can redeem it for the goods or services identified on the voucher for the price you paid.
What happens if the merchant goes out of business before I use my voucher?
While we try our best to only feature reputable merchants on our site, things sometimes happen beyond our control. If the merchant goes out of business before the expiration date of your voucher and you have not redeemed your voucher, email us at info@couptopia.com and we'll provide you a Couptopia credit for the price you paid - simple as that.
