• 1 month of unlimited Insanity/PiYo classes ($125 value)

  - The INSANITY program emphasizes “max interval training”! Perfect for cardio lovers, this class will keep you moving through jumps, sprints, lateral movements, burpees and more! The INSANITY workout keeps the body active for 2 minutes; repeating 4 moves for 30 seconds, then downshifting to an easier part, before ultimately taking a break. Entire class is 50 minutes and will transform your body, while increasing cardiovascular health. BEGINNERS WELCOME AS ALL MOVES CAN BE MODIFIED – DO NOT LET THE NAME SCARE YOU AWAY!!

- PiYo is a mix of Pilates and inspired Yoga poses. PiYo is designed to create lean muscle mass in order to burn fat more rapidly. These workouts are designed to be low impact, yet high intensity. The low impact PiYo workout will be great for any man or woman interested in slimming down and toning up. PiYo is friendly on the knees, ankles and feet. Join us and develop lean, elongated muscles, while increasing flexibility and balance. A great class for beginning, intermediate and advanced fitness levels.

• 2 one-half hour Reiki sessions ($90 value)
