A Personal Chef is a Chef who services many clients each week. A Personal Chef develops a custom menu, shops for ingredients, and prepares meals in your kitchen.

How does a Personal Chef Service work?
The Personal Chef Service will schedule a complimentary client assessment to discuss taste preferences, food allergies and dietary needs. With the information collected, you will be provided with a customized menu for your approval. Once approved, a cook date will be scheduled. The day of your cook date, your chef will shop for fresh ingredients. Prepare your meals in the safety of your kitchen and package your meals with reheating instructions. The chef does all the dishes and clean up! All you do is reheat and enjoy your fresh meals with no preservatives!
Why does a Personal Chef cook in my kitchen, can I help?
Unlike catering, a Personal Chef cooks all meals in the safety of your kitchen. This ensures that the chef provides fresh, high quality meals while using proper food safety techniques. Chefs love working with clients but, for safety reasons, they ask that you limit the use of your kitchen during your cook date.
How long will the Personal Chef be in my kitchen?
Depending on your menu and number of entrees, your kitchen will be used for 6-8 hours. Every delicious dish from scratch with attention to detail and that takes time.
What do you use to store my meals?
During your initial consultation, packaging preferences will be discussed. Chefs generally use plastic or Pyrex containers. Pyrex containers work well and are oven safe but are a little more expensive than disposable plastic. To save on space and provide proper storage, chefs purchase containers sized to your needs.
