Grab some friends and get in shape! AnatomicFitness focuses their programs on EPOC – Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption. What’s that? It means that you increase your basal metabolism and body fat utilization during and after your workout. High intensity and shorter duration means that you have fun, get results, and get back to your day sooner than you would with other exercise programs.

Zumba: Join the party! Join the millions of people that have decided that having fun and working out are not mutually exclusive. Offering a very dynamic and exciting class full of Latin and International music flavors! The routines feature a combination of fast and slow rhythms that will tone and sculpt your body.
FusionCircuit: Integrate strength, balance, cardio, core, agility, boxing, kickboxing for a fun, tough, quick workout!
Tabata Fitness Kickboxing: Tabata interval training is the single most effective type of high intensity interval training, it's also the most intense by far, and surprisingly it's the shortest in duration! You’ll learn fitness kickboxing within the framework of tabatas. You'll punch and kick the heavy bag with proper form and get aerobic and anaerobic benefits all in an intense half-hour! They have bag gloves and hand wraps or you can bring your own bag gloves.
Kettlebell Blast: Kettlebells are a full body, fat blasting workout. Hits just about every muscle in each move! Your cardio will improve while you get seriously toned.
